Abstract

This work will develop and test a laboratory version of the PDR LRDT that will be designed for use in an updated version of the CVN PDR system. PDR LRDT will estimate radar clutter in space and time in real time and use these estimates to provide the parameters for a statistical model of clutter. This statistical model is used in the measurement likelihood ratio functions employed by PDR LRDT. This version will incorporate an improved clutter estimation scheme and a measurement likelihood function that account for the spread of target signal over more than one cell.
