Abstract

The objective of Phase II is tome complete design and development work to support Spiral One of an Energy Scavenging Unmanned Surface Vehicle - USV(ES). This Phase will leverage the significant design, development and testing completed on a full scale model vehicle in Phase I. The work will be done in three increments: requirements review, critical item testing of existing engineering development model, and preliminary prototype design.
