Abstract

The consequences of inaccurate idea transfer in the armed forces as well as diplomatic and commercial realms can be quite dire with loss of lives and assets of national and international significance. Thus, an innovative R&D effort is proposed to investigate the feasibility of a briefing software program that can be used to rapidly and accurately communicate complex ideas, plans, and high-quality analyses. Within the timeframe of this phase, this firm will complete its existing prototype and test it for efficacy and preference with graduate students as the presenters and college students as the audience. The prototype software will be compared against Microsoft PowerPoint 2007. Phase 1 feasibility will be claimed if the prototype demonstrates measureable efficacy improvement over PowerPoint.
