Abstract

Understanding the dynamics of the re-entrant jet phenomenon is of great interest for particular applications where it may occur. In spite this, the dynamics of large-scale bubble collapse are not well understood. Engineering ans Scientific Innovations (ESI) is proposing using the same methods used to quantitatively measure a hydrodynamic ram event to measure a re-entrant jet created during an uncorking event.
